Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the account and admin team to provide general office administrative and clerical support

  • Assist on KYC process, data entry, system/schedule update, scanning of A/C documents and filing, etc.

  • Handle bank-in cheques and related duties

  • Handle relevant ad hoc activities required

Requirements:

  • DSE certificate or above, 1 year working experience is preferred (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)

  • Detail-minded, diligent with strong sense of responsibility

  • Highly self-motivated, work closely with internal different level of staff members

  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel would be an advantage

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Immediately available candidates are preferred
