Administration Officer

Responsibilities:
​​

Work closely with the account and admin team to provide general office administrative and clerical support
-
Assist on KYC process, data entry, system/schedule update, scanning of A/C documents and filing, etc.
-
Handle bank-in cheques and related duties
-
Handle relevant ad hoc activities required
​
Requirements:
​
-
DSE certificate or above, 1 year working experience is preferred (Fresh Graduate is also welcome)
-
Detail-minded, diligent with strong sense of responsibility
-
Highly self-motivated, work closely with internal different level of staff members
-
Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel would be an advantage
-
Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Immediately available candidates are preferred
