In Hse Legal Manager / Senior Legal Officer (Trust exp is a must)

Responsibilities:

​​

• Provide legal advice and support to business and operation units

• Develop and implement policies/procedures to mitigate legal risks

• Conduct trainings and provide updates on legal issue

• Prepare legal contracts and other documents

• Liaise external counsel on outsourced assignments

Requirements:

​

• University graduate in Law or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial institutions

• Sound knowledge and experience in Trust regulatory compliance

• Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
